3.Complaints handling

To protect your and others' rights and interests, the service provider may share your name, valid ID number, contact information, and relevant complaint details with consumer rights protection authorities and other regulatory bodies when you file or receive a complaint. This is done to facilitate the timely resolution of such complaints or disputes, except where prohibited by laws and regulations.

Relevant service providers will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except:

Once the entrusted processing is terminated, the entrusted company will no longer retain any personal information. The relevant service providers take responsibility for such actions.
