How we disclose personal information
1.Sharing of your information
2.Sharing of your information for business
We promise to keep your personal information strictly confidential. Unless required by applicable laws, regulations, or relevant regulators, your personal information will only be shared with third-party partners by our service providers under the following circumstances. These third parties may include affiliates, cooperative financial institutions, and other partners. If it is necessary to share your information with a third party to provide services to you, we will assess the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of the information collected by that third party. We will ensure that third-party service providers and partners take measures to protect your information and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. Additionally, we will obtain your consent through confirmation agreements, document verification in specific scenarios, pop-ups, or by confirming that third-party service providers and partners process your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
We may need to share your information with third parties in order to provide you with certain products or services. This could be because these products or services are offered by a third party or in collaboration with our service providers. Sharing your information becomes necessary to fulfill your specific needs and requirements;
To enhance our ability to provide you with products or services, facilitate smooth business cooperation, fulfill obligations outlined in user agreements or this policy, exercise rights, comply with laws and regulations, and for other purposes, we may need to share your information with select third parties (such as marketing service providers, data service providers, and security service providers) for business collaboration. If you decide to participate in operational activities like lotteries, competitions, or similar promotional campaigns organized jointly by relevant service providers and third parties, the relevant service providers may share the personal information generated during the campaign or necessary for its completion with the third party. This enables the third party to award prizes or provide timely services. If tax declarations are required for the rewards obtained, the organizers or their cooperative parties may collect your information (e.g., identification details, reward amounts) to comply with tax laws and regulations. The relevant service providers will explicitly inform you, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, or national standards, about the information that may be shared with third parties if necessary, either on the campaign rules page or through other means;
We never rent or sell personal information. When sharing personal information with third-party service providers and partners, we take measures to ensure it aligns with our privacy and security standards. We may share necessary data with third parties using APIs and SDKs, which may vary across versions. Our service operators, as the relevant providers, monitor the security of the accessed SDKs and APIs and are required to implement protective measures. For more information on how these providers share your information with third parties, you can refer to their privacy policies, service/product descriptions, or disclosure of personal information shared with third parties.
3.Complaints handling
To protect your and others' rights and interests, the service provider may share your name, valid ID number, contact information, and relevant complaint details with consumer rights protection authorities and other regulatory bodies when you file or receive a complaint. This is done to facilitate the timely resolution of such complaints or disputes, except where prohibited by laws and regulations.
3.1 Transfer
Relevant service providers will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except:
With your explicit prior consent;
As required by laws, regulations, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements.
3.2 Public disclosure
We may disclose your personal information publicly only under the following circumstances:
Upon your explicit consent, in response to your request to disclose specific personal information;
In the case of announcing the winners' list for a specific marketing event, where desensitized mobile phone numbers or account login names of the winners may be displayed;
If required by laws, regulations, mandatory administrative enforcement, or judicial requirements, we may publicly disclose your personal information based on the requested type and method of disclosure. In such cases, we will ensure compliance with laws and regulations and require relevant legal documents, such as subpoenas or letters of assistance in investigation, before disclosing the information.
Except for the situations mentioned above, relevant service providers generally do not publicly disclose your information. If public disclosure becomes necessary, relevant service providers will inform you about the purpose, type of information, and any sensitive information involved, and obtain your explicit consent.
3.3 Entrusted processing
To enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the accuracy of information processing, relevant service providers may delegate the processing of user information to competent affiliates or professional agencies. However, this will only be done under written agreements, on-site audits, or similar measures to ensure that the entrusted company adheres to strict confidentiality obligations and prevents unauthorized use of the information. Once the entrusted processing is terminated, the entrusted company will no longer retain any personal information. The relevant service providers take responsibility for such actions.
