Evaluation and audit
Chaintool has the right to assess and audit the personal information security management and control effectiveness of its partners.
Chaintool has the right to conduct the aforementioned assessments and audits independently or through independent third-party organizations (such as accounting firms, law firms, etc.). Partners commit to cooperating on the following matters:
Providing facilities, equipment, systems, policies, or processes related to the handling of received information.
Granting access to relevant workspaces and arranging for relevant personnel to be interviewed.
Based on the requirements derived from the evaluation and audit, partners commit to making corrections or improvements to relevant information processing facilities, equipment, systems, policies, or processes within the specified timeframe.
Chaintool will provide partners with a reasonable advance notice period before proposing evaluation and audit requirements. The evaluation and audit will be conducted on the premise of legality and compliance, and should not affect the normal operation or legitimate rights and interests of partners.
